国際的な人の往来再開による新規入国のための査証(ビザ)の申請(令和4年9月27日)
本国内に所在する受入責任者による入国者健康確認システム(ERFS)における申請を求めない。加えて、外国人観光客の入国について、パッケージツアーに限定する措置も解除される。また、査証免除措置についても再開される予定となっている。

Application for Visa for foreign nationals eligible for Phased Measures toward Resuming Cross-Border Travel (September 27, 2022)
Regarding new entry of foreign nationals into Japan, based on the New Border Measures (34) dated on September 26, 2022, prescribed applications in the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up Systems (ERFS) is no longer required from October 11. In addition, the measure to limit the entry of foreign tourists to those on package tours will be lifted at the same time.
